W Series Winch Gearboxes

Reggiana Riduttori’s NEW range of winch gearboxes – W Series – boast unparalleled durability, compactness and flexibility able to resist the most intense application cycles across an array of industries in Australia.

As part of Reggiana Riduttori, RR Pacific is dedicated to creating bespoke solutions at competitive prices for our clients. We differ from our competitors in two aspects: assembly of the stages and composition of the winch gearboxes.

Firstly, input modularity of our W Series allows us to customise them to customer requirements with: 

• Additional stages;
• Right angle bevel gearbox assembly;
• Hydraulic failsafe brakes with a backstop device;
• Hydraulic or electric motor connections;
• Male input shifts added to reducers. 

RR Pacific’s winch gearboxes are easy to install, maintain and replace, even when built into the winch drum since all connections reside on the engine side.  

Secondly, the W Range winch drives are constructed to be rugged with safe bearings, special composition and double radial shaft seals to provide enhanced  protection against external agents. What’s more, the W range high speed planetary winch drives boast excellent heat exchange – the result of  carefully researched configuration developed by our engineers.
